Thank you for visiting. I know there's many food blogs out there and this is perhaps "just another", but I thank you for stopping nonetheless. 

First a note re Lodestar: Bermuda. 

As it happens with most things, all good things come to an end. 

In Bermuda, there is a term limit as to how long an expat can reside and work on island. Unfortunately, mine has expired. While I may return in a few years, I cannot maintain this site focused on Bermuda for practical reasons.

What I can offer is my continued review and love for food,cooking and exploring where ever I currently reside or visit.

To that end, I now can endeavour to introduce you to Tampa, Florida and my own explorations. Lodestar: Tampa, Florida tab. 

The renewed focus is that I am gathering recipes for my own family cookbook. My lil' sis doesn't know the first thing about the kitchen so, in a way, I'm writing it for her. So from now on, Recipes Tab will be current. 

And what will be different from other food sites?? Well, full dinner menus, for start. Not just the chicken recipe or mash potatoes. The whole shebang. 

Secondly, my infatuation, nay, obsession with crossing over the boundaries. That is to say: dinner for breakfast, breakfast for dinner. Heat and Spices in my desert or drinks. Sugar and Fruit in my meat. Etc. Fun stuff. Heh... my family gets the shivers when I saw "fun" and serve them a plate. But they are overcoming those irrational fears. They now eat their veggies! Plus, The Morrocan Seafood Tagine I made was a resounding success.
